Rick Crocker built his construction career from the ground up. Literally. Starting as a framer, he worked as a commercial and residential framing contractor and carpenter. After gaining hands-on and business experience, he earned his general contractor license in 1987.
A lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County, he’s built and remodeled hundreds of Bay Area homes, many of them for private clients and speculation projects. Rick successfully developed lots, building and flipping more than 30 spec homes over a 15-year period.
In addition to his building knowledge, Rick has served as an owner’s representative, general contractor, and project manager on a 30-acre development in Aptos. Using these varied skills, clients describe him as conscientious, an excellent listener as well as a hands-on manager. His years of hands-on construction experience make Rick particularly adept at translating a homeowner’s vision into reality by managing contractors to do their best work.
